The 33rd edition of the Grand Défi des Glaces, formerly known as La Grande Traversée OCÉAN | STQ, will start on February 15 at 12:30 pm. This ice canoe race attracts the best teams from Quebec and France to brave the currents, tides, ice floes and frazil of the St. Lawrence River. The route stretches over 8 km between Isle-aux-Coudres and Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive.
